We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging
Free from any damage or alterations.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided in our response.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

How to Request an Exchange:

Provide your order details and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
We will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping cost for exchanges due to our error.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Personal care and hygiene products.
Gift cards and downloadable software.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
